All orders placed on MaxPureCases will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your order's status until delivery. Please note that we do not process shipments on national holidays or weekends. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched on the next business day.
Free International Shipping Option (U.S. Customers Only):
For U.S. customers utilizing our "Free International Shipping" option, parcels will be dispatched via USPS First-Class Mail®, with an estimated shipping time of 5-10 business days.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES:
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please follow these steps after at least 24 hours:
- Check for a notice of attempted delivery left by the courier.
- Inspect the delivery location (e.g., porch, garage) for your package.
- Confirm with household members or neighbors if they accepted the delivery.
- Verify that the shipping address used aligns with the information on your order.
If it has been more than 10 business days (2 weeks) and your package has not arrived or shows no tracking updates, please contact your courier using the tracking number for further information. Kindly note that we can only access the same tracking information visible to you. If your issue persists and the courier is unresponsive, reach out to us at info@maxpurecases.com, and we will gladly assist you.
Important Notice on Free International Shipping
At MaxPureCases, we ensure your items are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Please be aware that with our free international shipping option, tracking updates may not appear immediately. Your tracking information will only be updated once the parcel arrives in your country and clears customs. While it may seem that your package is not moving for a few days, rest assured that once the tracking is updated, your order will be delivered within one or two days.
Shipping Address:
Ensure accurate and current shipping information during checkout. While P.O. boxes are acceptable, certain items may require physical addresses. Large products, valuables, perishables, age-restricted items, or those shipped via private carriers may necessitate a physical mailing address or signature confirmation. Some products may be restricted from delivery to P.O. boxes, as indicated in the product listings. Please be aware that deliveries to security-restricted areas such as military bases are not possible.
