How to Attach and Adjust the Crossbody Strap

Learn how to properly attach, adjust, and care for your Crossbody Strap. This accessory works with select Apple iPhone cases.

Secure the loop: Slip the metal ring through the cord loop and gently pull until it tightens and locks in place.

Repeat: Do the same for the second connector on the opposite corner. Ensure both are secure, then place the case back on your iPhone.

Attach the strap: Unsnap one end of the strap, loop it through the metal ring on the connector, and snap it closed. Repeat on the other side.

Adjusting the Crossbody Strap

Always remove the strap before adjusting.

Slide one stainless steel mechanism up or down to change the length.

Adjust the second mechanism until both straps lie flat and align neatly.
