Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, but only if the product arrived damaged or was broken during shipment. We, at MaxPureCases, hold the right to refuse refunds in special circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- Your item must be in the same condition as you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
We care about your satisfaction and want to ensure you receive the best possible experience. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include screen protectors and customised products, like ones that contain your signature or name, or was designed by you. Of course, if the item was broken or damaged during transport, we will replace it for you. Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you desire is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
